From the request against a budget line to the remittance in the supplier's portal.

  1. Day 1

    A request is raised

Against a budget line, with the approval chain shown before it is submitted.

  2. Day 1

    Approved on a phone

Within the manager's limit; above the threshold a second approver signs.

  3. Day 2

    An RFQ goes out

Invited vendors quote in the supplier portal before a sealed close.

  4. Day 5

    Quotes open together

At the close, then scored by a committee that has declared its conflicts.

  5. Day 6

    The order is issued

From the award, and acknowledged by the vendor in the portal.

  6. Day 12

    Goods are received

Confirmed by the requester, with partial delivery handled and a photo kept.

  7. Day 13

    The e-invoice matches

Three-way to the order and the receipt. Any difference goes to a person.

  8. 15th

    The payment run

Paid by DuitNow or IBG, with the remittance in the supplier's portal.

Where it runs

In the organisation's own cloud account or data centre. idataraya installs it, hardens it and keeps it current, and the organisation's team holds the keys, the backups and the data.

A documented API lets the organisation's finance system, asasii ledger or a third party raise requests, read orders and submit invoices.
